Identity check with a document. It takes a few minutes and it is what lets the other side trust you.
Senders post what needs to travel. Carriers post where they are flying. Either side can start.
Everyone who wants the job sends a request. You see the whole list and approve one. Nothing is agreed until you do.
Contacts open once payment is held. Arrange the handover in chat — the conversation stays on record.
The carrier marks delivery, the recipient confirms, and only then does the reward move. Silence for 72 hours closes the deal in the carrier's favour.
Why the money waits
On international routes the reward is held from the moment the sender pays. The carrier can see that it exists, and cannot touch it. Neither side has to trust the other first — that is the whole point.
If the parcel never gets handed over, the sender is refunded. If it arrives and nobody says anything, the deal completes on its own. A deal never hangs because somebody forgot to press a button.
